What happens in a massage session?

Gareth performing a massageMassage sessions take place in our dedicated treatment room at our private studio. Following a quick chat about your requirements, you are advised on what clothing needs to be removed, before getting onto the couch. While you are getting prepared, the therapist will be washing their hands.
The easy part for you comes next, as the therapist will take it from here. We will perform the treatment, communicating with you as required (although if you just want to relax in silence, we aren’t offended – just say).  This service is provided by Gareth.
