 Working with a personal trainer isn't (or shouldn't) be a punishing experience. We will train with you at a level that is comfortably challenging for you. and we will always look for feedback regarding your effort and exertion.
 A standard training session will include an adaptive or clinical warm up, a workout, and a cool down/stretch

Personal training for weight loss
 To put it simply, weight loss is about balance. Exercise for weight loss is a lot more than just running on a treadmill and diets. Training sessions involve the right mix of fat burning and metabolism boosting exercises as well as the ongoing support you need:

• Activity and exercise planning
• Training sessions aimed at educating and empowering you - our training will make you more energetic and you will look forward to training when you start hitting minor targets.

Personal training to look good / feel good
 Confidence comes from feeling able and looking the part. If this is your primary goal, then we'll provide a training solution that won't only augment your physical appearance, but give you the self confidence you need to take on the world:

 There is no more important reason to exercise than for better health, so it's vital that you get the right advice and the right training to suit your health requirements as well as your goals.
 We work with various people with a range of health issues, to improve quality of life and in some cases, reverse the effects of conditions. It's important ot plan and monitor the management the training programme, so we work in a simple structure:
• Assessing and Identifying health conditions and the potential limitations
• Identitying the opportunities to manage and/or reverse the conditions
• Agree our plan of action
• Work with you to get you to optimal function, to make you happier and stronger, while providing the necessary ongoing support.

If you have any known health conditions, it is vital that you consult your GP or authorised medical professional before commencing your training. We encourage an open dialogue with any associated medical professionals to ensure that you are improving/not hindering your condition(s). We also openly invite their direct input into your training package with us (after all, if we all work together, it's you who will benefit).

Personal training for performance
 Sporting performance, physical job performance, or any other activity which requires you to be on the top of your game. We can provide you with the training package you need to make you better. We will work with you (and your coaches if necessary), to assess the key areas and components of your fitness, which could provide a marked improvement in your performance. This could mean specific training on an individual element, or a total fitness solution to make you generally stronger. Performance based fitness training not only improves your body, but can give you a mental edge in the competition, as you will be better prepared than your competitors expect:
• We'll discuss with you your sporting demands and identify key fitness factors
• Assess your fitness strengths and weaknesses, based on your needs
• Activity and exercise planning
• Identifying muscle weakness, potential muscular tightness, and provide management tools
• Open dialogue with your coaching team to ensure that we are working positively with your training plans

 Sometimes when we are training or assessing you, we may find unexpected weaknesses or imbalances which may be hindering your progression, and when we do, we'll advise you of the best course of action, before continuing the on the plan.
 Performance training can sometimes involve time on the massage couch, lots of stretching or some unusual movement patterns/exercises.
