No membership fees. No joining fees. Our prices are based purely on one hour sessions. If you have any particular requirements (such as half hour massage sessions or a trainer for 2 people etc), please contact us. All personal training courses include a free consultation prior to beginning your training.
Note that we also provide small group training. This involves two trainers for up to six people, ideal for small groups of friends, wedding parties, or sporting groups. Contact us for more information.
