I have lived opposite Maz for over 12 years now and in recent years have seen her transform from a rather 'large lady' to a lovely trim one!
Wanting the same for myself, I asked what her secret was. Maz explained she had a personal trainer and was now training to become a personal trainer herself.
Once she was qualified I asked her to put me into her busy schedule and in only six weeks I lost nearly a stone! I was very pleased and not really surprised at how professional she is and very dedicated at getting results.

I decided to go to Maz because I was fed up with feeling unfit after having a baby - and I wanted to lose those last few pounds of baby weight too!
Maz started my process by checking my blood pressure and taking those all important measurements, which she was very sensitive about! Maz had picked up on my low blood pressure, posture and flat feet. So with this in mind she tailored my excercise plan.
Over the six weeks, not only did I lose weight and tone up but I found myself having more energy and feeling happier with my body. I have also taken away some important knowledge that will help me keep my body toned and supple.
I have gained from Maz what I would never have gained from going to a gym or class. The personal attention helped my confidence and made the workouts suitable for me.

Gareth has truly worked a miracle on my shoulder. I have had an operation followed radiotherapy, on the bone in my left arm.
Over the years the arm became weaker, to the point it was painful changing gear in the car. The doctor and oncologists put it down to the disease and it was left at that.
Gareth gave me a massage, which released knotted muscles amongst other things, thereby enabling the wasted muscles to be exercised (under a supervised training programme devised by Maz).
I try to see Gareth whenever I am in the area, as he also is able to check out if I have any other 'abnormalities' I should be aware of. The massage is also good for lymph drainage, again another post-op problem.
I would never underestimate the value of a good masseur and I can't sing Gareths' praises high enough! .

“Following a period of illness with an ongoing medical condition I realised that my fitness had fallen to a level where I was unable to keep up with my children without getting worn out very quickly and that I needed to get fitter for the sake of my health.
